Music to my ears

That strong, loud, whooshing sound of a baby in utero's heartbeat is just that, music to my ears. Hubby, Birdie and I went to my doctor's appointment first thing Monday morning and we got to hear that sweet sound. Now, Birdie on the other hand, took to covering her ears with her hands as it was "too loud" for her. Bless her heart, she doesn't know what is in store for her this fall!

Only 24 weeks and 1 more day of being pregnant during this lifetime for me. I'm trying to enjoy it, even through the tiredness and nausea. It's strange knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the end of this phase of my life. Little sad about it, not gonna lie. Not sad enough to rethink the tubal.

LOVE that sound.....

I fully 100% agree with your summation of the Housewives. I do not know why I am hooked, but I am. If it is on - I am there.

I totally saw you, but didn't realize it was you in Anderson! I commented to HPB about your skirt--I've been looking for a long white skirt that didn't look "Little House on the Prairie-ish" and I told him that was the kind I wanted!! (Mind me asking where you got it?) :)

I'm sorry you had to see me in that awful condition, b/c I was looking ROUGH, to say the least!

Tonight we ate at Matty's, which was really good, and then went to the Burgundy Blues Jazz Club across the street. The jazz club was beautiful!

We're gonna have to try Sullivan's sometime. If you ever see me again, please say hi! Have a great rest of the weekend!
